I am a neurologic physical therapist specializing in the rehabilitation of people with various neurologic conditions including but not limited to stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurodegenerative diseases.

I studied at Washington University in Saint Louis where I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Now, I have been practicing for 2 years in various settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient. I completed a year long specialized neurologic residency program at Barrow Neurological Institute where I was mentored by experienced neurologic physical therapists and furthered my education and clinical expertise in the neurologic field. I am devoted to providing compassionate and individualized care to each of my patients to maximize their function and optimize their quality of life. I am also an active member of the neurology section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and participate in continuing education opportunities to be able to provide my patients with the most up to date evidence-based interventions.

Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, playing volleyball, watersports, and spending time with my partner and 2 cats. I also enjoy volunteering for adaptive sports programs as I am committed to helping those with disabilities participate in the community and be able to do the things they love.

Everyday I am inspired by the patients I work with and am passionate about providing quality care. Mark Twain said it best: “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”

My name is Caleb Walls, I am the owner and founder of Wall 2 Wall Sports & Rehab LLC.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board Certified Sports Specialist.

I was born and raised in a small town in central Ohio. I was raised as a multi-sport athlete and went on to play college football at Morehead St University where I studied Exercise Physiology. I completed my post-graduate schooling at Ohio University, where I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Following graduate school, I extended my education by completing a board-certified sports residency program with the renowned Pro-Axis physical therapy program and Steadman Hawkins Orthopedic group in Greenville SC. During this residency, I received extensive training in athlete specific rehabilitation and becoming a certified specialist in sports recovery. My wife and I moved to AZ in 2016 and I took a clinic director position in an outpatient physical therapy clinic. I learned about treating a myriad of pathologies as well as managing relationships with referring physicians, contracts with insurance groups and the growth of clinicians within a small business. In this time I saw firsthand the many short comings of traditional physical therapy and healthcare models. In 2021 I set out to be part of the change…

I founded Wall 2 Wall Sports & Rehab on the vision of developing a company that was primarily patient focused and allows therapists to provide the best possible care based on their training, not based on insurance restrictions or company quotas. Our model is truly revolutionizing the delivery of unrestricted physical therapy treatments at the convenience of the client, allowing for maximum benefit and recovery without the hurdles of the traditional outpatient model.

My board specialization has allowed me to be a leader within the industry in advanced and comprehensive sports rehab protocols. I base my care on a thorough, multisystem evaluation with ongoing assessments and adjustments during subsequent treatment sessions. My goal is to provide progressive evidenced based treatment that focuses on my client’s goals and outcomes.

I am a Dr. of Physical Therapy with emphasis on patients experiencing orthopedic pathologies. I specialize in return to sport rehabilitation with an additional background in pediatrics as well.

Born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, I studied health and exercise physiology at Ursinus College with minors in human performance and coaching. Following undergrad, I worked as a sports perfomance coach for a local gym and additionaly as the head strength/conditioning coach for a high school football program. I then received further education and my doctorate degree in physical therapy from High Point University in North Carolina. There i was able to apply my sports background and integrate this into my treatment style as a physical therapist.

I have been practicing in a general outpatient ortho setting for 2 years now treating a variety of injuries and working with athletes from many different backgrounds. As a former collegiate athlete, I strive to help others continue to follow their dreams and be able to compete in their activity for as long as possible.

Growing up, I was always very active playing football, hockey and baseball year round. I still like to compete in a different capacity now focusing on my golf swing and playing in a local volleyball league. If you can’t find me out on the range, I’m most likely spending quality time with my significant other and our puppy out on a hike or enjoying a good TV show.

Over the years, I’ve found a passion working with individuals looking to return to sport or just imrpove their overall function. It is my goal to continue serve the community and helping others get back to doing what they love most.
